Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with Nomadtique, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Sales Policy

All planning session sales are final. Once purchased, services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule an appointment up to three (3) times without penalty.
All rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Appointments not rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance will be forfeited and considered completed.

3. Revision Policy

Each planning service includes a set number of itinerary revisions:
• Featured Travel Consultation – No revisions included
• Signature Journey – 1 itinerary revision
• Curated Escape – 2 itinerary revisions
• Grand Voyage – 3 itinerary revisions
Additional revisions may be available for an additional fee, quoted in advance.

4. Booking Flexibility

Clients are under no obligation to book their proposed itineraries. You may choose to book some or all of the travel arrangements outlined in your itinerary at your discretion.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to provide accurate and timely information throughout the planning process. Delays in communication or approval may affect itinerary delivery timelines.
Clients who wait more than 48 hours after receiving an itinerary to request bookings may experience changes in rates or availability.
Any rate or fare changes from what is outlined in the itinerary will be submitted to the client for approval prior to booking.
Credit card authorization forms must be completed before any trip components are booked.
Failure to provide authorization or timely approval may result in loss of availability or price increases, for which Nomadtique cannot be held responsible.

6. Nomadtique Responsibility

Nomadtique provides curated travel planning and advisory services. While we strive for accuracy and quality, Nomadtique is not responsible for the actions, omissions, policies, or changes made by airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other third-party suppliers.

7. Fraud and Payment Security

Nomadtique maintains strict policies to protect clients against fraud and unauthorized transactions.
All credit card authorization forms are verified before bookings are made.
Any suspected fraudulent activity, unauthorized payment, or use of another party’s financial information will result in immediate cancellation of services and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all payment information submitted is accurate and authorized.

8. Agreement

By confirming your booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
