Consultation Refunds
All planning session sales are final.
Once purchased, services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Clients may reschedule an appointment up to three (3) times without penalty.
All rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Appointments not rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance will be forfeited and considered completed.
Booking Flexibility
Clients are under no obligation to book their proposed itineraries. You may choose to book some or all of the travel arrangements outlined in your itinerary at your discretion.
Product Returns & Refunds
Refunds for purchases recommended through Amazon should follow the instructions provided by Amazon.
Nomatique Collection refunds are not provided for buyers remorse.
Nomadtique Collection products are curated on demand, therefore these products cannot be exchanged for different sizes or items. Please double check all clothing sizes before ordering.
